Product Overview
This 5mm black round DIP infrared receiver tube is independently developed and packaged by Jiangmen Yiyang Infrared Semiconductor. It adopts a standard 5mm round three-lead through-hole structure. The black filtered epoxy body helps block visible light interference and responds mainly to 940nm infrared signals. When paired with a 5mm infrared emitting diode, it forms an infrared emitter-receiver pair widely used in home appliance remote controls, infrared sensing devices, security beam systems, and intelligent signal receiving equipment. Lead length and bent-lead structure can be customized according to customer requirements. Usage Notes
- Polarity Identification The three leads correspond to power supply, signal output, and ground. Please identify the pin marks correctly. Reverse connection is strictly prohibited.
- Soldering Standard Soldering iron temperature should be ≤300℃, and each soldering operation should be completed within 3 seconds to avoid damaging the internal photosensitive chip.
- Circuit Matching Use together with a 940nm infrared emitting diode and a matching current-limiting resistor. Avoid direct strong light on the receiver head to prevent saturation failure.
- Storage Requirement Store in a dry, light-proof, sealed, and moisture-proof environment to prevent lead oxidation.
