This SMD PD receiver tube is developed by Jiangmen Yiyang Infrared Semiconductor for pulse oximeter probes, fingertip pulse oximeters, and wearable health monitoring devices. It adopts a miniature square surface-mount package with a built-in large-area square photosensitive chip. The black filtered epoxy housing helps block ambient stray light interference, while its spectral response is well matched with 660nm red light and 905nm infrared dual-wavelength emitters, forming a complete pulse oximeter transmission detection module. With standard two-pin gold-plated pads, it supports fully automatic SMT mounting and standard reflow soldering.
