This product is a 5mm round black filtered infrared receiver photodiode with a standard through-hole DIP package. The 24mm extended leads can be freely trimmed according to PCB installation requirements. Its black epoxy body filters visible ambient light and only receives infrared wavelengths from 840nm to 1100nm.
